THOUSANDS of fans have been revelling in music across the past few days with huge acts such as James Arthur, Busted, Loreen, The Darkness and more taking to the stage at Stirling City Park.

Night 1 – Thursday 27th June: James Arthur, Loreen, Fatherson, Cammy Barnes

Opening the first date of the festival on Thursday 27th June was Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist and Methil local, who treated the excited crowd to some selfies.

Support on the evening came from Eurovision legend Loreen, who has won the competition twice with her hits Euphoria and Tattoo.

Headlining night one of Stirling Summer Sessions was James Arthur off the back of a huge headline show at his hometown stadium in Middlesbrough.

Night 2 – Friday 28th June: Busted, The Darkness, Dadi Freyr, Soap, Muddy Elephant

After strong opening sets from Muddy Elephant and Soap, viral Icelandic Eurovision star Dadi Frey took to the stage with his ever-quirky performance which finished with a rousing performance of Runrig’s Loch Lomond in front of a Highland Cow backdrop.

Next up to get the crowd well and truly warmed up before Busted was The Darkness with frontman Justin Hawkins showing off his energetic moves.
